They could improve the way they adjust schedules for the caregiver that comes in. Sometimes they change days. Normally the caregiver is on time. They help feed the client when I ask.
4.25 / 5Tiffany (
I really don't have any complaints about this agency. They are attentive, always available, and offer a great health care plan. It relieves pressure on my family to take care of my disabled sister and provides more time.
5 / 5Dimetria F
They could improve communication. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They don't seem to value their employees. Check and see what the turnover rate is. If the caregivers aren't satisfied, it means something. They called them one amount and paid them another. I've heard that from multiple employees. You can't do that with employees. If you look at what I'm telling you, you would see that I'm not telling you a story and you will see it's true. You can only get away with telling the untruth for so long. They could go out of business.
1.25 / 5Michael G
I like their promptness and they are on time. They could give me a little more time.
3.75 / 5Charles G
My issue is more with the management, not the direct care. The caregiver helps with basic needs, and that is helpful as it helps me to maintain a standard living.
3.25 / 5Mrs. N
They are wonderful. They are very good.
5 / 5Michael G
They can communicate better. The last aide was pretty good. I have not had an aide since Oct 12.
3 / 5Kiara G
The agency does not have good customer service, they give me an aid and don't call me back. The agency could actually do its job and check in to make sure everything is okay.
2.5 / 5Nanya
They are very responsive. The caregivers are there with my mom when we can't be.
4.5 / 5Mark D
I would like to see communication improved; they don't communicate at all. Depends on who the aide is, I have had some very good ones and some horrible aides.
1.75 / 5Annette G
I'd recommend them with enthusiasm! Especially my current caregiver, I'd recommend her to anyone. Since she's come, it's changed me, and I don't have to tell her what to do! I can't get around and do too much, and she helps a lot. Luckily, she does better than the other two I had, which had no idea what they were doing.

The aid that comes to see me provides assistance in my daily living and my specific needs. It impacts me in a way that I feel satisfied and happy that I'm able to get things done that I need done.
5 / 5Mercides M
I like in particular the person providing care. They do daily activities that she can't do by herself.
4.5 / 5Alicia J
I would recommend them because they are always accessible, and they are on top of problems that come up. The agency has been very communicative, and supportive to make my experience positive.
4.75 / 5Gaynelle M
The caregivers are on time, get things done, and are a big help to me. I cannot do things for myself so the caregivers do those things for me.
5 / 5Anonymous
They lack communication. They can improve their communication.
3.25 / 5Eva I
The agency has been good to me. The caregiver helps me with my housekeeping.
5 / 5Sherry C
My caregiver is the most encouraging person, he pretty much knows what to do and I don't have to tell him what to do. I'm just very thankful. The most helpful part about the service is that he travels with me to go to my doctor's appointments.
5 / 5Alicia J
They take the time to check in. They are in constant contact. They help out a lot.
4.75 / 5Njie Y
They return your call, somebody's there for you. Someone will come every 3 or 4 months to check on us and how we're doing.
4.75 / 5Barbara S
I like that it's been a year and I got a caregiver. It's such a help.
4.75 / 5Audrey (
I like the staff that we had at Vitalis Home Care. The services were critical for her life.
4.75 / 5Samuel (
They were personable and sensitive to her needs and responsive. My mother looked forward to the caregivers coming, they made her day. They were with her until the end.
5 / 5Kenelle W
I recommend them all the time to people. The provider makes my day a lot easier, they help me bathe.
5 / 5Anonymous
They're reasonable regarding pricing and services. The aides could be more consistent.
4 / 5Anonymous
They could improve the clock-in and clock-out system. I am her caregiver, and I know how to help her.
4.5 / 5Anonymous
I like the way they conduct business and are on time. They take care of things I can't do by caring for my house chores and personal care.
4.5 / 5Weldon H
The people are reliable. The caregivers help me around the house and to get places, to get my medicine.
5 / 5Arlene L
They could evaluate the people they're sending out. The people they send out don't do the work or don't come to work. I would like the caregivers to give the patients the care that they deserve.
0.5 / 5Larry J
They are diligent about keeping us with the caregivers we need. They are doing just fine.
4.25 / 5MARTA H
They need to make sure that their caregivers arrive and leave on time. Some were lazy. They visit and every two months they check up on me.
4.25 / 5Michael B
They could ask more people for work. She needs a lot more services.
3 / 5Samuel (
I liked that they're compassionate and they're responsive. They just did a good job. They were great and I would definitely recommend them to anybody. They were very good. The caregivers had a positive impact because they were very attentive and very responsive. They were also caring. They went over and above.
5 / 5Michael G
They could be more punctual to help me recommend them more. They do a lot of things around my home for me.
4 / 5Mahindragaur B
They manage to bring a caregiver every time. They send caregivers 5 days a week.
4.25 / 5Charles G
The caregivers have been fine. My issues are with scheduling and other administrative communication. The agency appears to not be aware of scheduling employees.
3.5 / 5Michael B
I like the staff. I know that she still needs some help.
4 / 5LILIAM C
They are always on top of things. They send caregivers to check on us.
4.75 / 5Annette G
Just in case the worker decides not to come back, they should let you know right away. I had an incident where a person stopped working for me and didn't contact the agency or me. They should have more communication between the patient and the worker. Since this young lady has come in and helped me, I've felt a lot better.
4 / 5Anonymous
I have already recommended them before. It is helpful to have someone here to help get me through daily life and working with me.
4.25 / 5Anonymous
I would want them to get caretakers that are reliable and have the ability to understand the needs of the other person. He is not able to manage without the services, as he is not independent.
3.5 / 5Anonymous
I like the employees. They are nice to work with. They have helped the most with his daily life and activities.
