I'm not trying to be harsh, my mother is in a unique situation. We have had difficulty getting things communicated and really understanding what they are going to do. We finally got groceries set up which is one thing she needs. Other than that I'm not sure what they are doing and my mother needs more care than they can offer. Everyone has been fine, really nice and easy to work with. I had knee replacement surgery so I am laid up for several weeks, it's been helpful for them to get groceries. When there was nobody there, it was me. So it's been helpful to me and they take care of little things.
