They need to screen their caregivers better before hiring them. They need to have background in dementia. They could have had someone that had background in dementia so they could click with my husband's needs. I needed someone to be there for him when I was gone.

I would recommend Visiting Angels to others because they follow up, they care, and Natalie is excellent at calling to see if we need caregivers. She follows up every week to see if we need care. It gives me a little help on the weekends to make sure that she's fed and that she's okay.
