They have been really good with commutation and the person who is the caregiver works very hard to try and engage my Mom. It allows me to leave the house for an extended period of time to feel comfortable that my mom is home, then alone.

If you make clear what you need done, they are able to help. They wash and fold my laundry. At first, I had to tell her to fold the clothes, but she does it right every time now.

I am not sure that I have fully evaluated the new management. My comments are not related to the former owners. They could communicate with clients on a more timely basis and support their caregiver staff in a more timely and memorable fashion. They have provided a wonderful impact on my wife's life. They have improved the quality of her life as best they could.

The caregivers are very good! Some of the caregivers could be a little more proactive; some of them were good, but others weren't so outgoing.

Everything that's going on they have been consistent with who comes, they are excellent. I was going down hill, One thing is whenever I call they pick up within 3–5 seconds, they are right there to help with they couldn't be better.

They always respond when I call if we need to make changes to the care provider, and they are very flexible with their scheduling. They are taking her out where she needs to go whether it is a doctor appointment or the store, they are able to cook for her and laundry and things that she can't do.
