They've been very reliable. I've needed care to take me to the doctor's and other appointments and they always make sure they have someone for me.
4.75 / 5Gloria A
Throughout the time I have been with them, they have recommended high quality people. They have helped by sending highly qualified and intelligent people.
5 / 5Anonymous
They need to follow a detailed care plan. The company could take the incisive on simple care. If it is not written, they won't do it.
3 / 5Anonymous
I would recommend them because I think they are pretty well organized. I think if they were better trained, that would helpful. I think they should have training sessions for them periodically. I see a lot of variation.
4 / 5Charles M
I like that the people that come out are trained and professional. The services help with the care of my husband, which allows me to spend time to do things that I need to do.
4.75 / 5Betty W
The schedules change and they do not inform me. I would like to know when they change her.
3.75 / 5Norma L
I like that they are responsive. The staff turnaround is annoying. You get them trained in your home but then they quit so you need to train someone new.
4.25 / 5Virginia W
The people that come to take care of her are excellent but I have issues with the administrative side. They take good care of my mother. She has no bedsores, she is changed and fed. They touch her, they hold her hand, they talk to her like they're family.
4.5 / 5Sondra L
I like that everything has been great with no complaints. They have always responded promptly. They have always provided the schedule that I need.
4.75 / 5John M
The caretakers are generally well-versed in what they're doing. Sometimes communication with the office isn't great. There was no indication that I had. Any change at all is very problematic. I'm able to live in my home. Which is the primary purpose of them providing care. It'll just be a few hours a day.
4.75 / 5Anonymous
I like that they take care of people and help people. They give me something to do in the day.
4.75 / 5Carmela K
I like their communication and care. I like their communication and care.
5 / 5Heidi R
I'd tell how helpful you guys have been. They take care of her needs and be there for her.
4.25 / 5Bernard K
I think they need to train their staff more effectively. People come in with a certain impression that they don't have to do certain things or they can change processes that already exist here in the house. That has been problematic. I had one person that argued with my husband about his care. I came in the house and he was screaming and yelling. I told them to talk to me first if they have a suggestion. The client has dementia and change is not easy for people with dementia. The caregiver could have a greater impact if they could listen and coordinate things with the care provider or the family member. Sometimes there's a tendency to want to do things they do in other people's houses instead of looking at what they need to do at that time.
4 / 5Claire B
Everybody has been super friendly. The 3 girls who come out have been wonderful.
5 / 5Anonymous
I would like Right at Home to improve in their coordination with the client. They call up and change my hours without asking. I only have them 2 days a week and they are excellent. They assigned me a permanent person who is willing to actually do work like they're supposed to.
4 / 5Laurie B
I would recommend them because the caregivers are personalities are great. This is for my father, and I like how they are reliable, and my father has 24/7 care. The majority of caregivers are very kind and go beyond their scope of work.
4.75 / 5Anonymous
They could improve the ability to do certain things. They arrive on time, show up when they are supposed to do, do things around the apartment without being asked to.
3.5 / 5Susan M
I have used them before, I like the interaction with the nurse and the caregiver. The nurse came out and gave me her expectations.
5 / 5Blayne B
I like that the caregivers are very informative and let me know things. If someone calls off, they call me right away. They sent my grandmother the best caregiver. She goes above and beyond.
4.5 / 5Helen S
They are friendly. They keep her company.
5 / 5Jack A. C
I like that they are nice and talk to me. They are willing to do anything.
3.5 / 5Theresa A
This agency always works with me if I need to change something. The people in the office listened to what I said and the person they sent to me was wonderful.
5 / 5Kyrle P
So far, the people they have sent us have been very good and are all well-trained. They take care of his basic needs, and they are here for 4 hours.
4.25 / 5John M
I would like to see them improve their interaction between the caregiver and the patient. I like that they have done daily chores.
4 / 5Anonymous
I think that they need better quality screening of caregivers and to actually follow the care plan. They could make life easier by meal prepping and house cleaning.
3 / 5Tom K
They are very easy to work with and coverage is good. They help tremendously.
5 / 5Donald U
They are very caring and stop him from falling. I trust them to take care of him.
5 / 5Christine D
I had a bad visit with a girl. I'm happy with Leah. I gave her my card to buy things for me. She never had a receipt. I called the store and found out she was overcharged. I like the girl to do laundry because I broke my hip. I wish they'd take out my trash. I can cook for myself. I used to get more than 2 days, and now I get one day. If I have an appointment, they will accommodate me with an appointment. It's hard for me to tell someone to do this or that. I know they don't clean or dust. I need trash, laundry, and driving done.
4 / 5Betty S
We have some good girls that come here. They help the most by filing in our time.
