They're very easy to communicate with. The lady that my mom has in the home is fantastic. Mom is 91, and I work full-time. Just to have someone in here that can help bathe her and help her change her clothes and just be here with her is a huge weight off my shoulders. It's phenomenal.

They take good care of me. They feed me well. They sometimes cook and will pre-make meals for me. Sometimes they bring in a meal. They allow me to have choices in my diet.

I like that things started off great, and there was a person that was reliable to come in twice a week, and when she couldn't, they had someone else come in. Lately, there seems to be someone different every time for my father. They don't seem to be able to keep staff or be reliable.

The only thing is we asked for a link, and we still have not received it. They are pretty easy for what they do.

They could improve covering shifts when they say they will. I'm not able to get the Sunday shift covered. We would like the same caregiver to come each time. The services have helped the most by knowing that my mom has care when I can't be there.

I like that the agency has made my aunt comfortable with the services. It gives her an extra companionship when I am not there.

They could have more frequent and clearer communications. Someone has shown up most of the time. I need them to call me every time I email them.
