They are easy to discuss things with and send clinical personnel to help with my dad, They are conscientious, kind, caring, and good company.

They could better train their employees. They could get a replacement if my regular person can't come. I don't want to keep showing the replacement how to do everything. Keep the replacement the same. On a regular basis, it doesn't impact anything, I don't require a lot.
