I like the level which they communicate with the client. They made a lot of efforts that go above and beyond with the care. My mother had a short period of hospitalization and had a therapist. They were attentive and proactive. I was always fully informed. They worked to create a live-in situation.

The caregivers are very well-trained and very courteous. Each person has been equally good. They come in and help me husband out of bed, they bathe him, they get him dressed, and they put compression socks on. They help with peace of mind knowing that they are here to help.

The agency could do more training on the care workers. Some of the aides are very well-trained and engage him daily. Some only have skills and will never engage you. It has kept him at home without the services he wouldn't be able to be at home.
