Agency Rating
Colleen
I'd tell them that the caregivers were kind and caring. It made the end of her life easier to transition. They gave me hours that worked for me. We were able to sleep throughout the night.
5 / 5Karen T
I like that they are personable. I like that they try to match people with capable caregivers.
5 / 5Cheryle R
The agency has been very easy to work with, and the nurses have been receptive to anything that we need them to do. The caregivers take her to doctor appointments. Help her with showers, her catheter, and anything that would assist my mother.
4.75 / 5Patricia B
Most of the women I have had have been very good and accommodating. They are also good at changing the schedule around. I couldn't have done anything without them the last 5 weeks because I live alone.
4.75 / 5Sherry
The cost is more expensive than twenty-four-hour care. I made a binder with notes in it and they were supposed to remind the client about it. The medicine was there and that was a disappointment for us.
2 / 5Maria
I am already doing it. They communicate very well to me and respond promptly. Everything gets done that needs to be done. They continually check in that all the needs are met.
5 / 5Judy K
I like that everybody there is super personable, and willing to answer questions. She is doing a great job! She bathes my mom.
5 / 5David W
They're very professional, they talk us through what to expect and all the alternatives, options, and considerations. They're highly regarded, very qualified, and pleasant to interact with. They came and talked to Lauren ahead of time and laid everything out for her. It helps with things that she would normally have to put extra effort into and tired herself out doing, now she has time to spend doing what she wants, whereas before she was too tired or in too much pain.
5 / 5Jackie C
It was not the place but the person who came to help her. I would have wanted them to be a little bit more proactive for me to recommend them more. There was like no impact on her daily life.
2 / 5Bradley B
They always responded right away. They focused on him a lot, and I trusted my dad with them.
5 / 5Dale
I like that they have tried very hard to cover the hours I requested on short notice and all of the staff has been pleasant, nice and helpful. Just trying to figure out my husband's needs and worked around that, they paid attention to what he needed has been helpful.
4.75 / 5Anonymous
They were very prompt in coming, they are caring people that help out. They took excellent care of my husband.
4.75 / 5Anonymous
They could listen to their client's requests. I need all the help I can get. Some caregivers are great. Some we don't want, but they keep sending them.
