There's really good communication. They accommodate what we ask for. They are there in case he needs it.
4.5 / 5Wilford U
I am able to take a shower when they are here. They give me a shave.
4.75 / 5John M
They could train the caregivers better. They need to know what they are doing when they get here. They do not want to work, they come in turn on the tv and watch it. They are younger and inexperienced. Diamond and Celene were not a good match. I am not a priority for them. They want me to sign them in and out.
1.75 / 5Jose F
We have a caregiver that comes a lot of the time, and they are reliable. They help him throughout the day by playing games. He likes the interaction with other people.
4.5 / 5Anonymous
I like the quality of the employees. It's a huge impact because they do their jobs.
5 / 5Jason R
They have great communication if I need anything. It is not like they are doing anything wrong, but my life is limited but they have been very communicative with me.
4.5 / 5Ted T
I like the quality of the long-term caregivers is excellent. The only thing is the last two Sundays I was supposed to have care. The services have been positive because he requires a lot of care and so I wouldn't be able to do it myself and so the care is great.
5 / 5Laura C
Our two caregivers are outstanding and they go above and beyond. The company has been easy to work with and I like that there's a portal where I can check things out. They treat him like he's their baby. They take excellent care of him and that's helped a lot with his wellbeing.
4.75 / 5Ronald B
Maryann is excellent, is efficient, I don't have to tell her what to do, she just comes in and takes care of it. It helps me quite a bit to take care of him and I am 85 and it is hard for me to take care of him myself.
4.75 / 5Duane B
I would like to see them get the same person more than once. Having the same person every time would be nice. Every time I get a decent one, they decide to go somewhere else.
4 / 5Terry H
They can have more consistency. They need to provide consistent care.
3.75 / 5Jerry G
In the past, we have had scheduling issues, and some interesting aides come out. It's helpful. It matters more to me than Jerry, he has dementia. It has been excellent care.
4 / 5Anonymous
I would like them to be more consistent. The caregivers have been pretty helpful with some chores that I need done.
4 / 5Vaughan B
I like the caregiver that I have. The caregiver has helped the most by just being here. She takes good care of the client. She changes his diaper, and she does all the maintenance that needs to be done.
4.75 / 5Jose F
I wouldn't recommend them. They are terrible. I want them to work on their scheduling. There is no consistency as far as the caregivers. They seem like they don't understand what they are supposed to do. It is not great. They need to do some training and get some office people that need to know what they're doing.

The agency could be more reliable, the caregiver is not reliable, and I would like more communication on who is coming, and when they are coming. There is poor management. There is no consistency.
1.25 / 5Gerald C
It was difficult getting people to stay. The first set of caregivers helped a great deal. They were more involved with my husband.
3.5 / 5Wayne D
I don't have any knowledge of anything else, and they come in and give my husband a bath. We have a very small house and a very small house, and I have things I need to do, and she gives him baths and fixes his lunch and I appreciate that.
4.5 / 5Sylvester S
I like the atmosphere and the accommodations. They give me daily showers and ask if everything is suitable.
4.75 / 5Richard S
I like that they are willing to give me days where I can go to the doctor and they are really good at scheduling that, they are okay with me juggling that. It is really helpful. Our caregiver is amazing.
4.5 / 5Marilyn P
The care is fine, but the reliability has been lacking. They take away the burden for us to get her in and out of the shower at least twice a week.
4 / 5Leonard S
I like that the agency has very personable and helpful staff. The caregiver is a very good person.
5 / 5Kari C
I liked everything and I liked the gal that I had who came out to take care of me. I had a knee, hip, and a new ankle and I couldn't have done it without them.
5 / 5Gary B
They need to hire better caregivers. The caregivers just sat around. There was only one caregiver that was good but she quit.
0.5 / 5Anonymous
We can't recommend them if they are out of business. It was a necessary service because he couldn't walk.
