It's just about the caregiver. We have been through two people because they were not cleaning effectively. My mom would be upstairs, and they would be downstairs, and we tried to address it, but it did not change. We just started a new person, so hopefully she will work out. We really need them to clean, that is a big reason we have them. When they do things, it does help.

It seems like a lot of the caregivers don't read the care plan, and they don't take their time to do what they are supposed to do. Everything is a rush. The services make life easier, but if they follow the directions and do what they are supposed to while there, they can make life easier.
