they've been very helpful. Anytime someone had to cancel, they made appropriate fill ins. Gary needs help with everything, It's also a huge help for me. We're very grateful. The provider has helped us out the most because Gary needs assistance with transfers. He also needs help with bathing and with dressing. He can feed himself, but they help with meal prep.

The person that I am dealing with now is a ten. She has been with me for a while. She does everything, takes a sincere interest in how I'm doing, and cleans the house. She cleans the house and changes the sheets on the bed. I am not able to do what she does.

Several times I have called with a problem, and it is like my call never happened. They say they will take care of things, but never make any changes. They didn't tell me about a change in schedule and was sitting waiting for an hour and a half. This has happened more than once.

They could do better with sending people who want to do what they are asked to do when they come out. It eases my mind knowing someone is there with him, but they don't do what I ask them to do which is feed him.

I would recommend this agency because their communication is fabulous. My calls are always returned. A lot of what the caregivers are doing are handed off to them. I get to just visit with my dad now.

The agency keeps in contact with me about anything going on, if my caregiver is sick and needs the day off they call me. My caregiver can put my pain patches on and do stuff I wouldn't be able to do without her.

I have one caregiver in particular who is detail-orientated. I couldn't help my parents without them. Besides helping my father they help my mother, but the care provided for my mother allows him to have less anxiety and stress.
