Agency Rating

My parents liked Erin and the attention she provided. My parent liked Erin's flexibility. The staff was flexible with my parents not wanting to follow the standard schedule.
5 / 5Gabriel R
They're very expensive to us. We have somebody come in every two week for a morning's worth. She does do what we ask.
3.75 / 5Jennifer E
The agency needs to screen the candidates more for language proficiency. The caregivers help with taking him on walks, and they cook for him.
4.5 / 5Julie C
They are very approachable, they try to find the best possible fit for Charlotte. She needs their help and support. They are outstanding caregivers.
4.5 / 5Gerald F
They are very attentive. I cannot think of anything they could do to improve.
3.75 / 5Sharon M
I would like for them to make sure that whoever they send out is well-trained, actually wants to do the work, and is on time. This score is excluding the aide that didn't do a good job. Erin is flexible, and when I call her with a problem, she will take care of it.
4.25 / 5Kay B
I would like to see improvement in the caregivers provided from this agency. They need better aides to help out.
2.25 / 5Michael A
I would recommend them because they communicate very well, and they communicated with us while they were trying to find the right caregiver for my Dad. They have been very considerate with how they have assessed him and cared for him. The staff seems like they are very good at what they are doing, and I appreciate that. It is on a needs basis and they are very helpful. I appreciate their help and communication very much. For the most part, they have also worked with the hours that we have asked for and supported our needs.
5 / 5Marion (
The aide is very nice. She looks for things to do. It has helped me.
4.5 / 5Veronica Z
The caretaker we have is one thing I like about the agency. She is excellent. It brings me peace of mind. They provided a really good caregiver.
4.5 / 5Julie C
I find that they are very approachable and helpful. The only reason I don't rank them higher is because a Spanish-speaking caregiver wasn't available. I like very much that the staff is approachable. I like that I can call them and get good responses.
