Agency Rating

The agency has good people. The agency did good things.
4.5 / 5Rickie B
I like they're friendly and courteous. The caregiver I have now is wonderful.
4 / 5Edward E
I'd recommend them because they're efficient. They help me with the housekeeping.
4.25 / 5Annie T
I like that they come and are pleasant. They clean the bathroom. They sometimes do laundry.
4.25 / 5Sharon G
The person that shows us is very relatable and professional. I would have a lot of accidents in falling if I did not have the help.
4.75 / 5Angel R
I like my caregiver that comes, she's on time. They hired good people, I got one of the good ones.
4.75 / 5Ronald H
I like Western Slope In-Home Care because we get along. The services free up my time.
4.25 / 5Fredrick (Fred) W
They need to improve the training for caregivers. Keeps the area clean.
3.5 / 5Linda P
They're always available if I have a question. One of my caregivers told me she enjoys my phone calls.
5 / 5Anonymous
The agency has been short-handed and not consistent. The fact that the caregivers can do my laundry for me has been huge.
3.75 / 5Anonymous
If the caregiver that's assigned calls in or is sick, they don't have replacements because they don't have enough people. I ran out of food because of that. They don't have their people get vaccinated either. They come into elderly people's homes who have underlying conditions and they don't get vaccinations, and I think that's wrong. This depends on the caregiver. I had a caregiver yesterday who caused me to have a panic attack because she can't do her job. I think she has more issues than I do - she can't remember anything and is a slob and slow. The other caregivers I've had were reliable, responsible, and got twice as much done in less time than the lady they have coming here now. I have to take care of me and I can't keep having panic attacks. She has to take my trash out and bend over and do things - the first day she was here she tipped over vacuuming and fell to the floor. She had to crawl on her hands and knees to the couch to try to get up and I couldn't help her because she weighed too much. The
0.5 / 5JoNell S
I would like to see the agency train their employees better on how to clean. It has been a positive experience because the caregivers help with cleaning my house.
4 / 5Robert (Bob) P
I like everything they do. I like that they do everything that needs to be done.
5 / 5Anonymous
I would like them to be able to find more caregivers, and I would like their communication to improve. They are helpful and I do like the company. In the past, they were good, depending on whom the caregiver was.
2 / 5Jason A
I can pick my own caregiver. They make daily tasks easier.
5 / 5Gary G
They should have better quality employees. They show up when they're supposed to. The person I have right now is very good.
3.75 / 5Robert S
They used to have a lot of different girls and now they don't have many left. They have a hard time with caregivers. I like having my place cleaned up.
4 / 5Elizabeth "Nikki" R
They are amazing and the attention is phenomenal as long as there is help. I love the services. I am recovering from breaking my hip and they help me keep myself organized.
5 / 5Mark G
I wouldn't recommend the caregivers don't show up. It affects me when they don't show up.
0.5 / 5Dalton C
They are willing to help no matter the situation. They are willing to do what I need done to help me in my daily life.
4.75 / 5Patricia T
The quality of work from the caregivers is good, but it took some time to get into a program. Having the services allows me to go out to watch my grandmother.
4.5 / 5Sherry M
I would like to see them improve the amount of communication they have with me. The agency could make my life easier by showing up when they say they're going to.
1.25 / 5Anthony "Tony" M
They are dependable, reliable and if something happens they do call us and inform us, and they do get providers here as quickly as possible. They are very good at that they are having problems having providers staying in this area, constant schedule changing.
4.75 / 5Anonymous
I am getting along pretty well with them. They come in twice a day to get me ready.
4 / 5Lawrence C
One of the things that impresses me is that they are very prompt. They are a good outfit. I love Brown, she has been fantastic. I have been amazed by the fact that they have had 3 or 4 different women in my case and they are up to stuff. If they are due to be there at 3 and they still stay after 3.
4.5 / 5Anonymous
I just really appreciate the help I get from them. The caregiver helps me with some of my housework like laundry, stuff that tires me out.
4.5 / 5Luz C
They're all very nice and everything is done in a timely manner. They answer all our questions.
4.5 / 5Jason A
I like that the service is very helpful. They carry heavier items for me. They are attentive.
4.75 / 5Krystle D
I like that they try to match caregivers to clients needs. The caregivers help me clean the floors in the kitchen.
5 / 5Hugh O
I like that they're always on time and they're nice. My caregiver has helped me the most by vacuuming and just straightening up.
4.75 / 5Lauren D
They are very nice and sweet. You couldn't ask for better people.
4.75 / 5Tana M
They are outgoing and very on point to make sure they get everything you need. They keep in communication to make sure they get everything you need.
4.75 / 5John W
I would recommend them because not only is the staff ok, but I can call any time day or night and talk to a person if I have a problem. My daughter is my caregiver, and she lives in and takes care of me and her mother 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. She does it willingly. If there is ever a problem, she can call the boss, and they can work out something.
5 / 5Anonymous
If they called us when a caregiver cannot make it. There can be better communication about the caregivers.
3.5 / 5Tanna K
I would like them to provide an alternative person when the person that cleans for me can't come. She does a really good job, and she does everything that I ask her to.
4.25 / 5Dalton C
I would recommend them because they are kind, empathetic, knowledgeable. They have given him a life outside of his bedroom. He is severely disabled, and he used to just stay in his bedroom.
5 / 5Mitchem B
They are willing to do whatever I need done. The caregiver is the biggest help, and basically it is because they take care of my problem-legs.
4.5 / 5Stormee C
They arrive on time, and they're pleasant and ready to work. They work very hard, and that's important to me. They help me to stay independent and not end up in a nursing home or an assisted living facility. They make things easier and less stressful for me.
5 / 5Kimberly H
I like that they are very nice to work with. They are just being polite.
5 / 5Linda P
They are easy to work with as far as when I need them to come out. They extended my caregiver's hours.
5 / 5Anonymous
The scheduling was a major issue. The caregiver is always late. I am not getting all of the services that I have asked for.
3.25 / 5April F
I wouldn't go back to Western Slope In-Home Care, that how rude they were with me. I had a male caregiver come in and tell me I was a poor housekeeper. I was trying to make the best of it, but when they came in, they made my day worse. I would be crying because they were talking to me like I was a child.
0.5 / 5Maria P
I like that they are giving the pay consistently but there is nothing missing. I wish they could have someone who speaks Spanish in order to communicate better and the office was closer.
4 / 5Angel R
Whenever I need help, they are willing to get a caregiver out if the one I usually have is not available. They have helped with my groceries the most.
4.75 / 5Nichoel G
They could do better with working together in the office. One knows one thing and the others don't know anything, there is no communication between them. She brings thing to the office staff attention, and they don't like. She goes out of her way for me, and she is doing her best to get me the things I need and getting me on my feet, so I don't have to do insulin.
4 / 5Katherine N
I like that the agency tries to keep me inform and they are always pleasant. The agency has made my experience positive by always calling when a caregiver isn't available.
5 / 5Scarlette T
I like that they give you notice and let you know if someone can't go there, in advance. They are all friendly. If I have a problem, I can call them and talk to them about it.
5 / 5Norman S
I like that they sent me a good caregiver that does a great job and does not take a brake. I like that she comes in and starts working right off the bat.
5 / 5Donna S
I need the help and the company. I would like the caregivers to bring over free food.
4.25 / 5Anonymous
They're employees are reliable. They help me bathe.
5 / 5Dawn H
There's a big turn-over with the caregiver, and starting out with a bunch of new ones is frustrating. My current caregivers quality of work isn't the greatest. Helping me keep up with the house is a huge help.
4 / 5Gary G
They could improve the quality of the people they send. The only complaint i have is that there have been four different people. Most of them have been good, but one was really bad.
4 / 5Angela D
My mom is in a rural area which makes it difficult. They need to keep their word and commit to things. They show up which is helpful.
4 / 5Myrna H
I would like to see the agency improve their communication on who is coming and going. They have improved with this more lately, though. I would like to see the caregivers do a more thorough job with the cleaning in order to have more of a positive impact.
3.25 / 5Connie K
I like the people, they're very friendly and caring. The providers help me the most with the showers.
4.25 / 5Robert S
It's a good place. Most of the girls do a good job. I'm getting up in age and I have a problem walking. So they get stuff done for me, it's real handy.
5 / 5Linda J
I don't have any problem with it. They provide anything I need whether it's morning, late in the afternoon, they've been there for me. The services help me get around more easily and make sure my medicine is taken when I'm supposed to have it. Bathing is great.
5 / 5Anonymous
They could improve by hiring more help. The provider helps with the housekeeping and laundry.
4.5 / 5Norma R
I don't think they have the people who can provide the necessary care. The agency could make my life easier by having caregivers that show up on time.
2.5 / 5Jimmy J
They need more experienced workers. They help him with things I'm unable to.
4.25 / 5Karren S
The aides do not know what to do. The aides are not consistent. It is terrible. I have to retrain them.
0.5 / 5Maria "Mia" W
They provided me with great caregivers. The quality with my caregiver has been excellent.
5 / 5Luz C
They explain everything well. When I have a question, they answer, and they always communicate with me. When we have an appointment, they help.
4.75 / 5Debbie A
They do good work. They help for sure. They clean.
5 / 5Anonymous
I just got a new caregiver, the last one missed a few days. They provide care and do things I can't do.
4 / 5Nichoel G
Some caregivers work really well. The agency has a major impact because I am blind, so they help me out a lot.
4.75 / 5Robert B
The agency can be local to my area, that would be easier for me. The services help me care for my husband.
4 / 5Barbara C
The agency assigns caregivers I get along with. The services give me peace of mind.
4.5 / 5Rita H
I like the fact that they do a good job. I like that they do what we ask and assist us with special requests.
4.75 / 5Jose C
The people that come to take care of my husband, I like how the agency places them. They help me, the only thing that we don't have is communication because they all almost don't speak Spanish.
4.5 / 5Veronica I
The agency has always been there. They call if there is a change. The service helps me a lot. The caregiver is very helpful and skilled.
5 / 5Angel R
Whenever I need extra assistance, the agency always sends someone out. I only have a caregiver once a week, to help with groceries, but I get my groceries every week.
5 / 5John W
I like how the agency is friendly to me. The services are highly impactful because the caregiver takes me where I need to go.
4.75 / 5Anonymous
I would like them to improve communication and consistency. When they show up, it's great. When they don't show up, it kind of sucks. The caregiver I have now is fantastic when she shows.
3.75 / 5Kathy B
There are communication issues in the company. I finally got the help I needed. Sometimes, it takes different personalities. You have to work until you get the right one.
4.75 / 5Scott H
I like the provider that we have for my mom. She is good about communicating and checks in on her frequently. They help with meal prepping and bathing.
4.5 / 5Lynda L
They do me so good, I have no complaints. The weekly cleaning really helps.
5 / 5Tracy C
I like that they are very accommodating. My caregiver is very flexible. I don't know what I would do without them.
4.75 / 5Anonymous
It would be communication between their clients and the caregivers. There's not a clear enough communication. They can stay to a set schedule instead of making it so scattered. I've been through way too many caregivers because the caregivers don't want to work for them because they aren't paid enough.
3.5 / 5Corrine "Clarise" C
The caregivers are willing to do whatever I need. If it wasn't for them, I would be in a nursing home.
5 / 5April F
I like that the caregiver's they provide are loving and kind. They are never rude with me or anything.
5 / 5Robert B
I like the caregiver because she is always on time. She is excellent, and she knows a lot of medical terms. Our caregiver is always wiling to do anything that I ask of her.
