I don't have any problem with it. They provide anything I need whether it's morning, late in the afternoon, they've been there for me. The services help me get around more easily and make sure my medicine is taken when I'm supposed to have it. Bathing is great.

I like that the agency goes out of their to help. I was waiting for approval, and they sent me a birthday card before I started. The daily services have been helping me a lot. The new caregiver does call in a lot but comes in on a different day. Everyone else besides that caregivers has been great. Even when she does not, I still get someone, or she shows up the next day, which is good.

I would recommend them because not only is the staff ok, but I can call any time day or night and talk to a person if I have a problem. My daughter is my caregiver, and she lives in and takes care of me and her mother 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. She does it willingly. If there is ever a problem, she can call the boss, and they can work out something.

There's no communication. Nobody knows what they're doing. One person does one thing, they don't let the other person know, and there's no communication. I've got two girls who have come in besides my daughter, and I've been very pleased with both of them. It's helpful to have somebody come in and help me get in and out of the showers and clean my house. My other home care person told me she was lazy and that I was too picky. I had to let her go. When she broke the HIPAA law in front of me, I called the office.

I wouldn't go back to Western Slope In-Home Care, that how rude they were with me. I had a male caregiver come in and tell me I was a poor housekeeper. I was trying to make the best of it, but when they came in, they made my day worse. I would be crying because they were talking to me like I was a child.

They could do better with working together in the office. One knows one thing and the others don't know anything, there is no communication between them. She brings thing to the office staff attention, and they don't like. She goes out of her way for me, and she is doing her best to get me the things I need and getting me on my feet, so I don't have to do insulin.

It's not the company themselves, but the people they hire. My house has an odor because I have animals, and there have been three or four people who don't want to work because of the odor. If my house was cleaned like it was supposed to be, some of that odor would I've had people in here that, instead of following my care plan, will ask me what they want done. The care plan should be on their phone. Right now I have a caregiver who is here on Tuesdays and she is supposed to be here for three hours, but she stays for two and that is not enough time to clean my house.
