I like that the woman that I had was exceptional. Her name is Beverly. I know they do 2 hours of housekeeping and 2 hours of personal care. I really don't care about the housekeeping part, I just want him to have undivided attention. She was always trying to give him water, hold his hand, rub his head, and talk to him. He understands everything that you say, but most of the time can't respond. I don't want him to feel that he's a burden by having somebody different all the time. They sent Beverly, and she was working out fine, but now she is on indefinite medical leave of absence. They sent one girl, and I think she said it was her first in-home visit. She was willing to listen to what I told her about how he eats. He can't do anything for himself, so you have to feed him. She was very willing to learn and very attentive to the client. It's the people that I like. The caregivers. They are very prompt in helping me in whatever I ask for. They've been able to provide good caregivers and are always there if I ask for changes.
