I would recommend them because they were really careful about matching the caregiver to the person needing care. I felt like they were careful and made sure if they needed a nurse that they could do that. The contract was very thorough and clearly states expectations. They helped the most by doing things that she could do physically.

She was maybe expecting them to do everything that was said in the orientation. She just expected them to do it all without her telling them. It was two weeks, we had to do interference the whole time, so it wasn't really helpful.

I like that they're always keeping somebody there. If one of the angels can't make it, they're substituted. Her care is continuous. I have a sense of well-being for my mom, and I don't have to worry about her all the time. I think having different people in her life makes a big difference in her quality of life.

They could have improved when I established myself as the power of attorney, they continue to reach out to other family members. And they didn't respond in a timely manner with information. I was charged for something, and they told me they already charged for something and couldn't fit it. We wanted someone that was active and do things, and we found that she was watching movies, and they weren't doing a lot to keep her active.

I would recommend them because I love how they are there for families need. They have helped us the most by being there for us when we needed them the most. I worked overnight, and I wasn't able to help with laundry or dishes all the time. Having a caregiver there took a huge load off of both of us.
