For a while, I was a little concerned because I was trying to get an insurance claim going that the client had on long-term care to cover home care. They kept changing people, and I wasn't too happy. Now, we have somebody that seems to be falling into a routine. It's helpful. I can do a few things by having them around a couple of times a week. I can go run some errands once in a while when they're here. The caregiver is new to the agency and to us. I am not too sure about the caregiver's training for doing things like little personal care and bathing. She is supposed to be able to do that, but I haven't really tried it out with her yet.
4 / 5Stephen C

One of the aides didn't like giving him a shower, so she always pushed back on that. We didn't really use them that much, they would just come and sit. If I left things for them to do, they would do it, but not well.
