They call when they are going to be late because my husband starts to wonder if he needs an aide. They are there for the company and just here and there. Nobody cleans like you do, so I may have too high of an expectation.

I would recommend Visiting Angels to others because they've been good to me, and my current caregiver, Sherry, is a great fit for me. The previous caregivers I had were a little younger so they weren't as good of a match. They've only been coming one day a week, but we are changing to two days soon because it's hard for me to go to the store. Whatever you need, they take care of you.

The care seems to be consistent and stays aligned with not just the physical needs of the patient but as well as their emotional needs. They pay attention to the emotional needs, just as much as the physical needs, they were brought in for. You can see a tremulousness after the person leaves and when they get there. When they are there, she feels better and looks forward to seeing them again. The fact that it's filled a massive void with love and compassion, I couldn't ask for more.

They can train their personnel. Foresee in-home care. If they see the trash full, take it out. Do things without being told to.
