The caregivers need to be better trained. They could probably attract more quality caregivers. We are nervous about the caregivers going through our stuff. My mom is not comfortable with all the caregivers and being left alone with them.
3 / 5Tom J
I like that they are very flexible and willing to help. They help ensure that he is eating, getting, dressed, and doing all his daily tasks.
5 / 5Carolyn M
I like that the client and caregiver seem to get along very well. I like that the caregiver helps the client get dressed, and she takes her to medical appointments.
4.5 / 5Ferrell C
They were quick and easy to work with. They helped with his daily needs.
4.25 / 5Barbara R
I would recommend this agency because they are friendly, and they take orders on what to do. I couldn't get along without this agency due to my mobility issues.
4.75 / 5Carol S
I think it is nice to have somebody else around. It helps us people who have depression.
4.5 / 5Anonymous
They seem to have helped out. Somebody had to help her go to the bathroom, get her something to eat, and they showed up and did all that. I wasn't there all the time and she liked that they came.
5 / 5Susan Joan K
It was given to me, not in a personal way. I don't feel any particular attachment with the agency. The service interferes with my life.
3.25 / 5Ron L
I like that my caregiver is perfect for us. The caregiver helps by being knowledgeable about Alzheimer's.
5 / 5Tracy C
They were helpful and kind. They really jumped in when I was in a situation of not knowing what to do. It made me feel better whenever I was not there
4.75 / 5Geraldine C
They communicate very well and they have good caregivers. I am able to work while she is cared for.
5 / 5Scott C
They have provided us with two very good caregivers. My mom is still pretty active and sharp, but we need them to help, and I do not know what we would do without them.
4.5 / 5Paul R
I like that I don't have to do a lot of writing. They're good people, the place is clean, and they work on my hours.
5 / 5Ivan and Sharon F
They have been very helpful. It is all helpful.
5 / 5Kenneth L
I like that they have been able to fulfill our schedule. I was the caretaker before and I have two young boys; so they have been able to free up my time and keep him in my home. They take the burden off of me.
5 / 5Jannon D
I felt like my husband was in good hands and I didn't need to worry about it. They were always there when they were needed and did their job. I knew they cared about my husband's care, and they encouraged him to eat and move and do whatever he had to do and were very patient with him. I was relieved that I didn't have to worry.
5 / 5Wallace W
They could improve on the lack of caregivers that they had. They were not well-versed with clients who had Alzheimer's. When I had good caregivers, it was outstanding. Some of the caregivers were incredible.
4.5 / 5Shirley C
I would have liked to have seen more training for the younger caregivers. If the caregivers were better trained they would have a better impact on her daily life, also she has memory issues so she couldn't communicate what was going on and the caregivers couldn't talk directly with me about what was going on.
3 / 5Connie C
Their caregivers are professional and understanding and do a good job. The current caregiver is outstanding, and I am able to leave the house without worry.
4.75 / 5Jack D
I would have liked more flexibility with the hours that we had. They help with his medications.

It was like having fresh air in the house. I had several different caregivers that were extraordinary. They took good care of me. Maria is so good that word will get around and someone will nab her. She was really incredible. They were helpful. They did everything I needed. It was a relief. They would take my dog out for walks. Even in my worst pain I could still see a glimmer of hope because of them. They were extremely nice women.
5 / 5Fran D
I have got three caregivers and they are easy to get along with and are caring. They are excellent. They treat me like I was their own mom.

I wish it was easier to get somebody. People schedules, you don't always know a week ahead when you need someone. My biggest problem is the fact that you have to know ahead when you need someone.

They are very helpful overall. My caregiver cleans and is very attentive to my needs.
