The lady that owned it came out and scheduled everything. Everything went just as she said. He was mostly blind, so they'd sit there and help him with the TV remote. They'd chat with him and treated him like family. They were very caring.

I think they have handled everything perfectly. They have made it easier for me by helping with showers and my hair because i have had a splint on my arm for the past few weeks.

I like the personnel they sent but sometimes it has been difficult to get it covered. They make sure she is feeding correctly, and cleaned. During the week we have two people who are consistent, they are caring in their own way.

They could have more flexibility in the number of hours that the angle could work. The first caregiver was awesome but was replaced by someone who was not a good fit. She just wanted to sit and was not engaging.
