Visiting Angels could improve there is sometimes a lack of communication and we have had a better experience with some of the VA members who came versus others when it came to the light cleaning and you could tell some did better quality work. They have shown up when they said they would, take requests, and are a companion to my elderly father.

They did not take initiative and help him, and then we had a HIPPA violation. There were some that were not a good fit.

It hurt my tailbone, so my daughter said that I'm not going upstairs. I'm ninety years old, and I don't need to be falling. I have a little meter to put on my finger to determine my oxygen level, and that's the only thing I'm struggling with. Everything else is wonderful because I don't have to take any medications.
