She looks forward to the days she has her care. They are very attentive and I like the fact that the manager would bring the caregivers over to meet my mom before working with her. Their communication was great too. The manager came out and talked to my mom and tried to get to know her. Then they sent out people who had things in common with my mom.

The level of care varies between caregivers, so if everyone did the exact same thing, or at least the same list of things to accomplish with each visit, it would be cleaner. But overall quality of care has been good. They are getting consistent visitation that they look forward to and enjoy.

Almost all the caregivers have been good and are a good match. My mom needs someone there because her walking is not too steady. Sometimes they do a lot, and sometimes they don't have a lot, but they are always able to do it.

I feel like they have been switching caregivers a lot lately, and I have a problem with this. The client gets comfortable with a caregiver, and then they switch her. I love the caregivers as they make the client feel good, and she allows them to help bathe her, and they clean the house. They also change bedding. The caregivers help her. She could not be by herself. She is comfortable with 2 caregivers.

It is hard to get help without a few conversations with different people, there are rules to work around the schedule, but once we got through that they are great to work with. They were willing to listen to us and not take anything personally, it was a crisis mode of what we needed, matched us well with Amanda.
