It is hard to get help without a few conversations with different people, there are rules to work around the schedule, but once we got through that they are great to work with. They were willing to listen to us and not take anything personally, it was a crisis mode of what we needed, matched us well with Amanda.

She looks forward to the days she has her care. It's taken a huge burden off our shoulders and to have a peace of mind knowing that my mother has someone who is helping her with ADLs, activities of daily living.

They are very attentive and I like the fact that the manager would bring the caregivers over to meet my mom before working with her. Their communication was great too. The manager came out and talked to my mom and tried to get to know her. Then they sent out people who had things in common with my mom.
