I like everything, I like that they send a caseworker of the house to see how everything is set up. They drew up a care plan, and are good about notifying you if anything is happening with the caretaker. They have really worked to make things comfortable where we trust them. He has gotten used to the agency, they are very patient with him. He has dementia and they are great with him.
