Agency Rating
Jeanette B
I like that they do their best to get shifts covered. They get me replacements right away if I need them.
4.5 / 5Richard C
I like how courteous the agency is. The agency cares about its clients. The impact is positive because it encourages healing and allows us to do simple activities.
5 / 5Anonymous
We haven't had much consistency with the care so far and it could be belter or more consistent. They could be more consistent with the caregivers and one of our caregivers has been great who is here on Wednesdays.
4 / 5Jerry B
They were supposed to be able to help me cook, and most of them didn't even know how to cook. I know ten people and those people know ten people, and if they have any questions feel free to call me. I felt trapped when they were here because the majority of the people they had out here didn't know how to cook.
1.75 / 5Anonymous
I like the people who have come to the house, they are neat and clean. I have been without help this winter, and getting a backup caregiver has been difficult.
3.75 / 5Anonymous
I liked that they cooked a meal and did the cleaning. They could have had a greater impact if I had somebody that knew how to cook when they got there.
4 / 5Gloria G
I like that everyone was kind and showed up on time. I like that the caregivers were here for me when I needed them.
5 / 5Anonymous
They were caring and jumped in when I needed care last minute. They were compassionate. They were in close contact with me, and they consulted with me whenever I needed.
5 / 5Neil Curtis B
They need more employees. Everything they do is helpful.
3.75 / 5Harley B
I like the quality of their employees. They've helped me the most by getting things done, meals, doing all my paperwork, and phone calls. Just about everything.
4.5 / 5Ronald J
One of the caregivers has helped my dad tremendously. He wasn't eating and had no care for anything, now he's eating and is living his best life as best as he can. I've already recommended this company to other people! The services help because I know someone is here looking after my father and has his best care in mind.
