They're thorough; they respond within a decent time, and they go out of their way to answer questions and get excellent caregivers for us. We need help, both of us caregivers; without them, it would be absolutely mind-boggling.

They have good. thorough communication with the client. If there is a change in schedule or a different caregiver who will be coming, they let me know. I like the quality of the caregiver, the caregiver being a companion to my brother. They interact with him. They have conversations with him. My brother lives alone.

I think they should be more specific. For example, they allow for light house work, but I'm not sure what exactly 'light' house work means. They could just be more open with the patient as far as finding out things that they like to do or talk about.

We do not need someone 4 hours a day, but that is their requirement. Sometimes they help me, and sometimes they are not helpful at all.
