They seem to be very diligent about meeting the needs and I appreciate that. The only drawback is when we have had to fill in days, they keep sending brand new people so on those days it is not really help since I have to show them. It is a huge impact. Tending to my mom takes a lot of physical exertion and I have my own health problems and it was making those health problems unmanageable and they enabled me to be able to continue my life. Like take care of my kids and function.
