The agency and office staff are always easy to get a hold of. They are a great help especially when he needs to go to his doctor appointments. He did not care for the less experienced caregivers but they are getting better at it.

We mainly like the caregiver. She has done a really good job and has developed a good relationship with them. There are things my parents may be afraid to ask for, but they can find a way to ask my parents to see if they can slowly get what they need out of them.

I would not recommend them right now because I can't get my nurses to show up. I have not had an aide in over a week. The caregivers help me in the shower and run my errands.

Sometimes they don't show up, or don't show up on time. Sometimes it wasn't communicated to me. Then I find out that nobody's been there. My mom sat by herself. I leave a little list of things that they help her with. They go for a walk, and they help her vacuum.

They could improve with you wanting all your caregivers to be consistent and have the motivation to do things that need to be done and not have to be told by the person they are caring for. His usual caregiver doesn't have to be told this. One thing I do like about the agency is the person they said that was going to be my dad's caregiver is the same and they have said what they are going to do and stuck with. They could make my life easier is the cost is significant. It would be great if it was cheaper and getting their people schooled with the things they need to do and set a basic standard to do their job.
