I told them I wanted invoices mailed to me and they haven't done that correctly. The caregivers knew how to get him out of bed and change his diapers.

My caregivers don't show up for their shift and I usually have to call the agency to notify them that the caregivers are not here. Sometimes the quality of care is not good. I receive care from the agency for two hours a month. They are here to help me with cleaning.

I would recommend them more if they would let me know when someone isn't going to show up. I called several times and no one answered the phone. One of my caregivers put makeup and false eyelashes on in my bathroom, and another got really snobby with me. They have sent me people who don't show up or help! That rally impacts my life!

I had terrible service. Out of the whole year, the house was done right 3 times. When I was told they were supposed to be professionals that knew what they were doing. I am very disappointed in the whole company. To me, you are a failure. The service was on time, and they seemed to be honest people. It is a very poor setup where you hire these women. I think they should all be fired.

What I like the most about them is that they seem to be able to work with elderly clients. I can rest from taking care of the client myself when they're here.

The agency should have someone working 24 hours to answer the phone to get better service; especially if the person cannot get around. The caregivers are on time. Being on time means a lot since I can't walk.
