We get a lot of help from the caregiver, he is willing. The caregiver takes care of Bobby, washes him and helps me with things that Bob can no longer do.

I like their caregivers. The caregivers don't do much for the client. They don't really impact the client much because he doesn't let them. They have had a positive impact because they help with medicines and they put up with him, which is a good thing because he is difficult.

The agency could have done what was agreed to. The person that came out first made a list of what the workers should do, and the workers didn't do those things. The caregivers showed up and didn't know what to do.
