I would like if they're able to notify us when someone is unable to come, especially in the mornings. Some don't cook or clean. The caregiver helps both of them, Helen & Linda. Shannon cooks. They like the fact she cooks. Sometimes, they'll say they'll say they've eaten when they haven't. She'll sit the food in front of them and make sure they eat.

I would tell a friend that Synergy home care needs to work on consistency, they do not send caregivers to my home even when you call them and ask. They just need to work on sending people out. When I called and asked if they could send someone out, they told me they could send someone the next day and they didn't. When the caregiver was coming consistently, they would clean my home by sweeping the floor and washing the dishes, that was great help. But now there is no one to help us, with multiple handicapped They would clean our floors, wash the dishes, and sweep the floor which was a great help to us. Now we just don't have anybody to help us. We have 3 handicapped people in this house and need help.

Lisa is really happy with them, but I have asked her to have them call me and they haven't They have really helped her. They help with her showers and have managed to bring food to her. They do some shopping for her since she cannot get out, and I am not close.

The physicality of the things he could no longer do, such as changing him, was really helpful.
