I think that Synergy Home Care could have better scheduling of the caregivers and be more consistent. They have helped the most by sending people that are very good for us, but the scheduling is our main issue.

We had to commit to two half days, and I only needed one half day. I know that a lot of the agencies do that, though. I know I signed up for Tuesday and Thursday, but I would like more flexibility with the schedule. That's not on the caregiver, though.

I don't have many issues with our caregivers, it seems the people in the office are very rude. I have had some issues with someone named Scarlotte, she has no customer service manners. I now talk to Rosalita who is much better. I spoke to Sandy about Scarlotte, who talked to me very rudely. Having the services has been very helpful and provides me peace of mind knowing my mom has care.

I have to tell the caregivers what to do. They take her on errands. They take her to the movies, to exercise, and on walks. They make sure she takes her medications.

I would like to see this agency improve on, the quality of the care provided to be able to meet our needs to the full extent. The caregiver we have has limited us without being able to drive my loved ones around. The help is very expensive with no flexibility with the agency. The agency has helped me by, giving me a peace of mind; but it has not been smooth sailing to get here.
