I liked the woman that came to the house to plan what I was going to need. She made some really good suggestions. Everything they suggested was really helpful. They told me to get a shower chair and it really helped. They gave me a feeling of safety and security.

I liked the flexibility and availability of the caregivers. The caregiver was elderly and was a fantastic companion for my mom. But she herself needed help. We had to watch her a little bit.

I don't think it's synergy, but they need more employees before I can give them a higher rating. They are helpful. They do overnight which is good since I can't be there 24/7.

My nurse does my wound pack and is marvelous. They are helping me to heal up and if they didn't, I would probably be in the hospital.
