One thing I like about the services is that they take care of my wife well. The caregivers try to be personable with her, it's very helpful to have them there, a certain thing I'm limited to.

I would recommend them, yes. They provided the care we needed. They were always in touch with either me or my sister and called us to get updates. The healthcare worker was excellent, and my father enjoyed the person's company. It was great! They provided him with some of his needs, such as cooking dinners and helping him with the showering. It was a friendly relationship.

I would have to wait and see what they could do to improve, as I have not had them long enough. They have helped me the most by being very helpful with my day-to-day activities, and I do not have to repeat myself or do stuff over again once it has been done.

I have a an excellent caregiver for my wife and they are very responsive to our needs. I had to be hospitalized for the flu and they stayed over to ensure my wife was protected. They went above and beyond to make sure we were both well taken care of .

The quality of the individual providing care is good, the person is skilled and knowledgeable in providing care for my mother. The individual is a good person. We have a big family and I am the one who is home everyday with my mother. I would not be able to help my mother out. We need Synergy to help us with the care.

I like that they are on top of things and call you if there are issues. They come and help us by doing chores, washing the client, and getting them out of bed.

The girl that is coming is always on time and never calls out. The agency is very proactive and they always call to check that everything's going ok. She helps with meal prep and other small tasks around the house.

They have been outstanding in the aspect of the care that they have been providing for not just the client, but they have also been providing it for my mother-in-law. They have been very flexible in what has been going on with my mother-in-law right now. They have just been outstanding. It has taken a lot of stress off of me. The caregivers have helped the most with their everyday care. They have been right there doing what they need to do. Sometimes, they don't even have to ask because they just do it.
