    I like this agency because, we needed care, and we were able to schedule it when we needed it. The care was courteous and professional. The provider has helped me most by providing care for my father-in-law, and we were able to be productive in our lives.

    They are very flexible. For context, we have been using Synergy for both my mom and dad and there has been some many different things we've need in the last 3 months. They have been really responsive and a ton of logistics and things don't magically happen, but they are responsive if we have questions. She is at the point where she cannot express what she needs, she can answer questions, yes or no and can understand what's going on but isn't really communicating. Having somewhere there who can answer her and help her when she looks agitated.

    You have different aides, some get high scores and others are not that great. They could always find better aides, I suppose. The most important thing is that they give her a shower. It is important that she gets cleaned up.

The last caregiver we had was excellent, but overall, they were all good. Some of them could improve their cooking skills; a lot of them cooked in their own way and not how my mother wanted.
