I've had good care and I've been very well taken care of. I would really appreciate the help. The help that I have is very dependable throughout the day and into the evening. They come in for 4 hours and then a different person would come in and help. All of the caretakers that we have had have been satisfying.

I wish they could train the caregivers on how to do housework without the patient having to explain it to them. I wish they would train them to stay off the phones. I'm not that likely. The agency could improve on communication for my caseworker and I are poor. One lady in the office is rude. Before I missed a lot of my appointments and I told the agency when I signed the contract that was a part of it. Lately, they haven't missed any appointments and they are sticking with my same caregiver.
