Baker P
The caregiver that is with her has a good relationship. They get along tremendously, and I am happy. She has someone here all the time to help her with meals and drives her. She is legally blind and she needs help cooking with the stove. The caregiver is taking her out to lunch.
5 / 5Janice S
The first lady we had, we loved her. She had to stop services because her mom got sick. We had all these new people come in. It depends on the caregiver you got. She was not doing the things she was supposed to do like physical therapy with her.
3 / 5Gail F
I would recommend them because. The hours of the caregivers are flexible. The pricing is very reasonable. The services help Charles by having someone there who helps him and connects with him. I can leave the house, and now he is getting the care he needs.
5 / 5Wegener M
They're very accommodating and very reliable. The time we have the caregiver is very great, and we still have issues to work through in our personal life.
4.5 / 5Bethany P
They are responsive. They are helpful because my mom is difficult, so she accepts somebody coming in the house. They just try to become acclimated.
5 / 5Schuchardt M
There can be a little bit more communication on the part of the person who is assigning people. The big thing that needs to be improved is the people that are being sent.
3.75 / 5Cindy B
They were attentive towards our feelings. They took charge of my mom when I needed to work.
5 / 5Margaret C
It's easy to work with they make things simple, for change of hours and someone always answers the phone. They sent me a real good caregiver he helps my blind husband as well.
5 / 5Gail F
I am recommending everyone I know. We liked the respite care as well as knowing he was taken care of when we left.
5 / 5Johnson S
They are very responsive. It lets her stay home with us.
4.75 / 5Carolyn L
They are responsive and consistent. We have the same caregiver each week. They provide high-quality caregivers who are experienced. I am confident in their services.
4.75 / 5Karen T
I like that they are dependable. They are on time and do a good job.
4.5 / 5Anonymous
They are very reliable and responsive. They allow him to stay in his home and maintain independence.
5 / 5Jennie J
They are responsive. The caregiver cares for both my parents and provides a good level of service.
4.5 / 5Bryce F
I like that they are responsive, easy to contact, communicate well and work hard to fill in where there are issues. They help her to eat, move around and take her meds.
4.5 / 5Johnson S
