Robert F
They are easy to contact and they are very professional when I speak to them. They really couldn't change anything. The caregiver is very attentive to my husband, professional, and respectful to my husband.
4 / 5Carolyn P
I like that they are friendly and helpful. They are willing to do whatever you need them to do. They do not complain.
5 / 5Soren A
The staff are helpful, the management is also helpful. I'm able to connect with management on an immediate basis. The impact has been low, but I'm not sure how Seniors Helping Seniors could have helped. David and Karen needed to stay in their apartment but due to their dementia they couldn't.
3 / 5Anonymous
They could improve just the consistency of the workers. There have been several caregivers that have been good and some not so much.
3.25 / 5Gwendolyn H
They are reliable, and the owner is very thorough and did a great match assigning me a caregiver and I actually recommended someone to go to Seniors Helping Seniors. They help me with my laundry and my meals, and she has helped do a little lightweight work.
4.5 / 5Anonymous
I would recommend them more if they had more training. The caregivers don't know how to handle different types of clients. They have made a great impact on us by being reliable.
4.25 / 5Leslie L
I like that are more consistent and reliable. They get along well and have a good deal with my mother.
4.75 / 5Doris S
Sometimes the office doesn't call to let me know caregivers aren't coming or which caregivers are coming. Some of the caregivers don't wear masks, they need to all wear masks. I have to do their jobs when they don't show up, but I'm not getting paid like they are.
2.25 / 5Shudell, T
The agency provides help whenever we need it. The service helps me immensely. It gives me a break from taking care of my father.
5 / 5Timothy I
I would recommend the agency because of the quality of service they provide. She is happy every time the caregiver comes to make her experience positive.
5 / 5Martha W
The service is a lifesaver to families who are struggling to give daily care. They helped the most in assisting his personal care like bathing, dressing and grooming.
5 / 5Shudell, T
I like being able to get in contact with the schedulers quickly, and I like the guy that comes to the house. The client is a tough cookie to crack. The caregiver goes above and beyond what is required. If the client just wants to sleep, that's his prerogative. The caregiver has made our experience positive because he has cleaned the bathroom, mopped the floors, fed the client, and bathed the client.
