The caregivers are supposed to be here at 10 o'clock, but he doesn't show up at 10 o'clock. The care could make it easier if he comes on time. If you can call me and let me know if he's going to be late, it would be a big help.

I let them know when something displeases me, and they fix it. They could inform me of things that are going on. They could be informative. When someone calls and asks for supplies, they need to follow up on that.

I would mention that I like that they are flexible if I have a situation. I have no problems with them. They have been very helpful. When they come, they help me with basic cleaning, changing sheets, sometimes they go a little beyond and sweep the patio, she takes care of things. I sometimes have her do light things.

They take me places and drop me off, but then I end up stuck for hours because they don't come back, and once they didn't come back at all to pick me up, and thankfully a family member just happened to have a rare day off and was able to take me home, but because it was a procedure, I hadn't eaten for a long time and was stuck with no food, water, or a ride. It has been very frustrating that I'm taken to an appointment and not picked up for hours, or once I'm picked up, it takes hours to finally get home because the driver has so many stops to make, including out of town.

Most of the caregivers have been very good, and when we didn't like somebody, they were replaced. I couldn't do it without them. The caregivers have been caring.
