They've been great. We love our caregiver. When she didn't make it last-minute, we had someone else who we didn't like as much, but we love our caregiver. The nurse who came to do the evaluation was great. We've had to reschedule a few times, and I always try to do it with the caregiver first and then call them, and I think that works. But they sometimes check again with the caregiver, so if there was a way to smooth that out, that would be nice.

Mostly, I like the caretaker that they provided to us. It is so helpful that this person talks directly to her face so she can read her lips and let's her know what is going on. This person doesn't just come in and do things and get out of there. It is very helpful that they have back up caretakers if our regular person is going to be out.

They could improve the sort of frequency of staff and subbing and the availability of their best care providers. It's really helpful to have someone there more than anything as a backup just to make sure anything goes wrong.

I like that they just have their act together and they're organized. Each employee knows what's going on in its entirety. When I email someone, I'm told to CC and copy the employees so nothing gets by without being attended. The aides they provided are very qualified and have made my life much easier. It's challenging to take care of the client, but it reduces the amount of stress I'm under.

The agency contacts me if anything comes up, and they reached out to me on my birthday, which I really like. The agency always reaches out to me, and my aid is really good to me. She will run errands with me.
