I have enjoyed the people they have coming over, and they have almost always been on time. They would push me outside in my wheelchair. I never had to hire a company like the before, so I didn't have anything to judge it on. They already have. They come over, and they hang out in my room, and we talk about some things that we discovered in common. We go outside, and I get to sit in the sun.

To receive this certification, a home care agency must meet the following:
- ✓ OSAT Score 8.75+
- ✓ Complete a minimum of 12 client satisfaction surveys during the previous 12 months.
- ✓ Have less than 15% of clients “Do Not Call” for the year.
- ✓ Actively survey clients for at least six consecutive months.

Home care agencies that qualify for “Employer of Choice” have earned high marks from their caregivers. To receive this certification, a home care agency must meet the following:
