I would recommend them because they have done right by my mom as far as I can tell. She is very happy with her caregiver, Katie. Neither of us can afford to have me take the time to go help her. I have already recommended them, there is no such thing as perfect service, which is why I gave them an eight. Having the service from them has helped me a lot, because I cannot be there all day to help my mom. It works out well because It gives my mom a sense of independence and myself time to do other things.

I would recommend them because initially, Rachel Grant was the first contact we had with them. When we spoke, she told me that she would come and meet me almost immediately (within the hour). It was a very quick response, and a very pleasant person to deal with. They have been very responsive and pleasant. My loved one is very pleased with the care that he is receiving. Someone is there every morning to help him get dressed, they help him with his laundry, and with bathing. They are always there when they say they will be.

I thought they were going to be a more reliable service. I have had to miss two appointments, because the caregiver was late. When the workers that they send get accustomed to what we need done, they do really well. When you have to keep changing personnel, it makes it difficult for us.

They could improve with the consistent quality of caregivers. Overall, it has been extremely helpful to have you guys come in. We have gotten a couple of caregivers who have turned out to be great. My aunt, when I am not here, she gets 24-hour care. What I do appreciate is we are working through it. If I call and say something isn't right, we talk about it and find a solution.
