Their communication is terrible. The caregiver on Friday is great but the one is Tuesday and Thursday just shows up and doesn't do anything.

So far there haven't been any complaints and although there have been a few changes, they have been good about getting somebody there. It has put him on a schedule, like making sure he gets something to eat in the morning and taking his meds. His health has improved tremendously.
