From a physical and medical standpoint, the caregivers have helped the most with reminders on medications and breathing treatments. I like the overall package. I like the fact that there's a website to look and see what's going on, who's there, and what they're doing. I like the calendar and all the historical documents. The website is very helpful. The people are very friendly and very good at responding when something needs to be taken care of in addition to the daily care.

I would mention that they are very friendly and quick to respond. They have been easy to work with. The service that my mom gets makes her delighted. It makes it easier for me as a daughter not having to live with her. As the responsible relative, it gives me peace of mind. I don't have to be on call all the time.
