I like how punctual they are and that they keep the same caregiver with me instead of switching them around so I'd recommend them. The caregiver does things for me like cleaning my floors, helping with my shower, and whatever else I ask her to do that I need help with.

I would recommend Right at Home because they're very friendly, when I call they are quick to respond, and they've always had someone for our needs. We don't use them daily, I mostly use them to drive us places. It's nice to know they're available.

Well, they have aides that come and there's occupational therapy available, and they have been great. There's one aid that comes 2 hours a week, for six days a week it has no impact, the aids that come do house cleaning, cleaning the stove, and floors, and light housework.

It's the only agency we've worked with, but we love working with them! They send someone out every day, and William is in bed most of the time, and I don't feel strong enough to help lift him. The caregiver cleans him up and everything, and he also helps him use his walker and chair lift.

It seems that the agency has problems getting new people to work for them, and do not seem to be available all the time. I would say they could have more availability of employees. I think they could just make sure the agency has enough workers to fill the time slots available would improve the impact.
