They should improve the quality of caregivers they employ. They're always in the house with their eyes on him, but there really isn't anything I can see them doing better at this time.

I like that they are a great company and everyone is great, and I love the caregiver. My mom has ALS, so It's nice to have someone here to watch over her when I cannot, and it gives me extra time to do things I need to.

In the beginning, we went through an interview process to get the right person to care for my mother-in-law. They took the time, and they didn't just put a warm body in her home. The first person who came wasn't the right fit, and they found a perfect fit. Our caregiver is a godsend to our family. She provides a respite for our family. The caregiver is there to make sure she is safe and helps clean up after her. She helps with bathing, cooks for her, and reminds her to drink water. She is a companion to my mother-in-law and is currently trying to make sensory bins for her to help her.

I have dealt with them before, they give good service and follow up whether it be financially or if the caregivers work out or not. The 2/3 to 3/4 of the things I was doing for him, I could not do anymore, they took over for me.

I've had great and bad experiences with them. I do like it when we have a good caretaker, they generally care. She goes above and beyond. The bad things I don't like are the lack of communication. The caregiver comes 4 days a week; she is trustworthy, streamlined, and it's convenient.

I would recommend them because I like Right at Home because of the dedication of the caregivers. I don't think it would be possible to have a greater impact other than more time.

I like that they do not force you to sign a contract. I can get someone for a short period of time instead of committing to a bunch of hours. I have very little chores for them to do but they take care of my husband and prepare a lunch. When I leave, I am at peace and not worry about it too much because I have confidence in the caregiver.
