I like that they are more than just an agency, they take an interest in me and deal almost exclusively with the schedule and during the moments I am confused about my appointments, she helps me. When I can afford to have them I can shower when they send a male caregiver and I get clean clothes he is attentive to helping me and has towels waiting and he knows what I am going through.

I like that caregivers from Right at Home are very punctual and efficient. When we got out of the hospital the agency was very helpful. As my wife got better they continued to be extremely professional but she is getting to the point where she doesn't need much.

They do a pre-meet, so the clients can meet the caregiver before they do a shift. The office staff comes with them as well.

- ✓ OSAT Score 8.75+
- ✓ Complete a minimum of 12 client satisfaction surveys during the previous 12 months.
- ✓ Have less than 15% of clients “Do Not Call” for the year.
- ✓ Actively survey clients for at least six consecutive months.
