I like that they are willing to work with me if I am uncomfortable with caregivers. I have found strength in them now with the changes in my brother's behavior. They have helped recently with the nurses and staff advising me about nutrition. Some of the caregivers who have had prior nursing home experience have given us advice on things to request since he is now on hospice.

Everybody is different, so I think everyone's needs are different. I would let them know they can meet all your needs, and they've been able to answer or do what I've needed. It's a matter of time and money. She's very independent still, and it's more on the companion care side, really. We are at once a week and that's about it right now. They've been very responsive to everything when I've called, and they've been helpful when I've needed to add a few days.
