I like that they do their best to send you the better person. If the person is sick, they notify you right away and ask if you want a substitute. I am not in such a hurry now and I get more done. He is more acceptable to people helping him.

First of all, I was not given a copy of the care plan. Number two, the person they selected either doesn't care how she does care how she does her job or doesn't know how to do her job. They only selected two or three things she could do and gave her two hours, which I do not need in my home. She doesn't help my husband get dressed or take his shower, sometimes she puts his socks on but doesn't make his bed, which she is supposed to do. I have told them twice, but all they have done is move around some things. Nothing has changed, and I am still doing most of the care for my husband. He wants to stop her from coming but doesn't want to appear as if he can't get along with the caregivers. My daily life has not really changed. I don't find what she is doing very helpful to me or my husband.
