I like that this agency seems very involved and concerned. They follow up with surveys like this and call several times to make sure I was satisfied. I like it. I like their involvement. I am much better, and I get it twice a week. I am a little bit of a loner, but the caregivers are not intrusive at all. You take time sitting and talking. I have enjoyed her presence.

I think they could give more details about what they do inside for my mother. Most of the time I'm not there. I try to be there a couple of times a month. Maybe they could just be on top of cleaning. It's very minimal what they do at times.

I would tell a friend that Niquetta has been phenomenal, and she made us feel comfortable with our needs. We just haven't been able to figure out a set schedule. I was able to get a day off, so that made the experience positive so far.

- ✓ OSAT Score 8.75+
- ✓ Complete a minimum of 12 client satisfaction surveys during the previous 12 months.
- ✓ Have less than 15% of clients “Do Not Call” for the year.
- ✓ Actively survey clients for at least six consecutive months.

To receive this certification, a home care agency must meet the following:
